learnt firestorm after masterclass today...damn issit hard...cos it was in trombone one part...had to pitch till high high B-flat...couldnt do it...but almost did it...scabbers could pitch higher than that note but she said that she couldnt pitch that note...wad crap...so rubbish right?! damn it...why am i obsessing about the whole thing u ask me? WHY?! out of all questions?!! cos firestorm is a competition piece and trombone section needed another player to be in...so varun dropped the bombshell on us one nice sectionals session...by saying that only one sec 1 can be admitted into main band and that sec 1 will lead the others into indoor year and would also most probably be SL next time...wadda heck...siti cant pitch that high...so its just scabbers and me fighting over the position. i dun care...whatever it is...i will make sure i'll be in the main band for indoor year. however much practice it takes for me to perfect firestorm.
